Assurans 20 MG tablet is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary artery hypertension. It contains sildenafil citrate as a main active ingredient. Sildenafil comes in oral (tablet and capsule) form. Sildenafil oral form is better known as the blue pill. It is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. Uses
- Assurans 20 MG oral form can be taken with or without food
- Swallow one 20 MG pill with a glass of water
- Take one Assurans 20 MG tablet 30-60 minutes before having sex

Assurans has one dose – Assurans 20mg available in blister of 10 tablets.
Assurans 20mg tablet is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure which affects the arteries in your lungs & heart) to improve exercise ability. It contains sildenafil as the main ingredient. Assurans tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed.The recommended dose for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension is 20 mg three times a day. Treatment with doses higher than 20 mg is not recommended.

This means that the manufacturer guarantees that the medicine is still good for up to this date.
Precautions
It is important that you tell all of your doctors that you take Assurans. If you need emergency medical care for a heart problem, it is important that your doctor knows when you last took Assurans (sildenafil).
Do not use this medicine if you are also using a nitrate medicine, often used to treat angina or high blood pressure. Nitrate medicines include nitroglycerin, isosorbide, Imdur®, Nitro-Bid®, Nitro-Dur®, Nitrol® ointment, Nitrolingual® spray, Nitrostat®, and Transderm Nitro®. Some illegal (“street”) drugs called “poppers” (such as amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate, or nitrite). Do not use this medicine if you also use riociguat (Adempas®).
If you will be taking this medicine for pulmonary arterial hypertension, your doctor will want to check your progress at regular visits. This will allow your doctor to see if the medicine is working properly and to decide if you should continue to take it.
