What is Nizagara 25mg?

Nizagara tablet 25mg is used in men with erectile dysfunction i.e. inability to erect the penis during sexual affairs. It is also used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension both in both men and women. This tablet also helps to improve exercise capability in adults.

How it Works?

Nizagara works by increasing blood flow to your penis, which helps you have and keep an erection. But this drug only works if you’re sexually aroused. Nizagara offers NO protection against sexually transmitted diseases (such as HIV, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis).

Who is Nizagara suitable for?

Nizagara is licenced exclusively for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction and can be used in adults over 18 years old. There is no age limit for Nizagara usage.

How to take Nizagara 25mg tablets?

• Nizagara should be used daily when sex is anticipated. It should be taken 30 minutes to 1 hour before sex with a glass of water on an empty stomach.
• Nizagara 25mg tablets are prescribed after trying Nizagara 50mg tablets. They tend to be used where a 50mg dose is effcetive, but has too many side effects, like headache, flushing, dyspepsia etc.
• If your doctor or pharmacist has instructed you to take 50mg, you can take two 25mg tablets to make up 50mg. You should not take two 25mg tablets at different times on the same day.
• Nizagara 25mg tablets can be used safely every day, but we would recommend you consider alternative products like Tadalafil 5mg (Cialis), Vardenafil 20mg (Levitra) or Avanafil 50mg (Stendra),  if this is the case.
• Duration of Action: approximately 4 hours
• Maximum Supply: 360 tablets
• Active Ingredient: Each tablet contains Sildenafil 25mg.

Who shouldn’t use Nizagara tablets?

This medicine is not suitable for patients who:

• Allergic to sildenafil citrate or any other ingredients listed in the patient information leaflet.
• Have a rare inherited eye disease called retinitis pigmentosa.
• Have ever suffered a loss of vision due to non-arteritic ischaemic optic neuropathy.
• Have suffered priapism (prolonged painful erection) or suffer from anatomical deformations of the penis, for example, Peyronie’s disease and Cavernosal Fibrosis.
• Nizagara should be used with caution in patients who suffer from low blood pressure.
• Recently had a stroke or heart attack.
• Suffer from severe heart or liver problems.
• Take medicines containing nitrates including Nicorandil as this could reduce your blood pressure to a dangerous level.
• Using any drugs known as nitric oxide donors, such as amyl nitrate which often used recreationally.

What side effects could I expect?

Most patients who use Nizagara tablets will not experience any side effects, but some of the very common include:

• An erection that is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours
• Diarrhea
• Dizziness
• Dyspepsia (Indigestion)
• Flushing
• Headaches
• Nasal Congestion
• Nausea
• Rash
• Visual disorders

Precautions

• Before taking sildenafil, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to any ED drugs
• This product should not be used by women or children.
• A product may interact with Riociguat.
• Keep all medications away from children and pets.
• Do not take other ED drugs or alcohol

Drug Interactions

Do not take Nizagara with similar medications such as avanafil (Stendra), tadalafil (Cialis), vardenafil (Levitra) or udenafil (Zudena). Tell your doctor about all other medications you use for erectile dysfunction.

Tell your doctor about all your current medicines and any you start or stop using, especially:

• drugs to treat high blood pressure or a prostate disorder;
• an antibiotic – clarithromycin, erythromycin, or telithromycin;
• antifungal medicine – ketoconazole or itraconazole; or
• medicine to treat HIV/AIDS – atazanavir, indinavir, ritonavir, or saquinavir;
• nitrates;
• medications used to treat pulmonary artery hypertension.

How do I store Nizagara tablets?

• This medicine should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight and moisture, below 25°C (77°F).
• Do not store on window sills (due to direct sunlight) or the bathroom (due to the humidity).
• Should Not Be Kept in Fridge
