Super P-Force 160mg
Super P-Force is a combination medication containing Sildenafil Citrate 100 mg and Dapoxetine Hydrochloride 60 mg.
Sildenafil, marketed as Viagra, , among others, is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence; inability to get or keep an erection) in men. Sildenafil also used to improve the ability to exercise in adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH; high blood pressure in the vessels carrying blood to the lungs).
Dapoxetine, marketed as Priligy, among others, is a medication used for the treatment of premature ejaculation in men 18–64 years old. Dapoxetine works by inhibiting the serotonin transporter, increasing serotonin’s action at the postsynaptic cleft, and as a consequence promoting ejaculatory delay.

How does Super P-Force 160mg work?
Super P-Force 100 mg, is a medicine used for treating erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in men. Sildenafil and Dapoxetine are the two main ingredients of Super P-Force.
160 mg of Super P-Force pills contain 100mg of Sildenafil and 60mg of Dapoxetine.
Sildenafil belongs to a PDE5 inhibitor group of the drug. It slackens the blood vessels of the penis leading to sufficient blood flow and stimulating erection during sexual intercourse.
The level of serotonin is increased by Dapoxetine, a Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI). This results in prolonged ejaculation.

What are the side effects of Super P-Force
The most common side effects of Super P-Force 160 mg include headache, flushing (feeling of warmth), dizziness, upset stomach, nasal congestion, and urinary tract infection (UTI). These side effects are usually mild and temporary. Some rare but serious side effects have been reported with Super P-Force 100 mg such as heart attack, stroke, sudden death, and priapism (prolonged erection lasting more than four hours). If you experience any serious side effects from Super P-Force 100 mg or develop an erection lasting longer than four hours seek medical attention immediately and do not take any more Super P-Force 100 mg tablets.

- Sensitivity of eye towards light or blurred vision
- Seizures
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Flushing
- Irregular heartbeat
Dosages
Super P-Force comes in tablet form. The recommended dose is one 160 mg tablet taken as needed about 1 hour before sexual activity. If you do not see the effects you are looking for, talk to your doctor about increasing your dose. If you experience any serious side effects, stop taking Super P-Force and talk to your doctor right away.
Interactions
Super P-Force should not be taken with the following medicines:
- Alpha-blocker medication (such as doxazosin tamsulosin) to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) or high blood pressure can cause adverse reactions.
- Amlodipine
- Avanafil
- Carbamazepine
- Clarithromycin
- Dexamethasone
- Ketoconazole or itraconazole (for treating fungal infections)
- Rifampicin (for treating bacterial infections)
- Tadalafil
- Udenafil
- Vardenafil
When used with nitrates (medications used to treat chest pain/angina ), might cause a drop in your blood pressure which could be severe and lead to dizziness, fainting, and rarely heart attack or stroke.
Grapefruit juice is not recommended when taking the P Force Super tab, as a chemical in the grapefruit juice may increase the amount of the medication (dapoxetine) in your bloodstream, increasing the risk of side effects. Refrain from using the medicine for at least 24 hours after consuming grapefruit juice.
Storage
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton after “EXP”. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use. These measures will help protect the environment.
What are Super P-Force precautions
Do not take Super P-Force if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. This includes nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, and others), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket). Nitrates are also found in some recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite (“poppers”). Taking Super P-Force with a nitrate medicine can cause a sudden and serious decrease in blood pressure.
Some medicines can cause unwanted or dangerous effects when used with Super P-Force. Your doctor may change your treatment plan if you also use:
- bosentan;
- conivaptan;
- imatinib;
- isoniazid;
- nefazodone;
- nicardipine;
